I went on Friday 12/2/22 evening around 5:30 pm. I was treated so rudely by Barbara that was handing me food over to me and some... other lady with blonde/ brown hair that stepped in in the drive thru, I order chicken McNuggets and had asked for bbq and sweetand sour sauce. So I get my bags handed by Barbara ( which I found out her name because little small world I find out sherequested me on Facebook because she does photography, which I deleted right away after finding out ) so I ask her can I havesome sauce. She tells me they are in bag I tell her no they are not. She keeps arguing back and fourth saying they are and shehas to charge me for extra. I tell her no you can?t because I have none in the bag. I tell her here are my bags check I havenone and keeps telling me no I have to charge you. So then after a few mins the other lady steps in yelling at me not letting metalk asking how many I told her well it?s for 20 pieces so you tell me. She keeps yelling at me and finally hands me three ofeach and continues to leave slamming the window on my face. I left crying because they triggered me anxiety and depression sobad. I almost crashed because of them. People can be so rude, now for that idk how long it will take for me to be able to go toanother drive thru again, people don?t understand it takes a lot of courage for people with anxiety to be able to do stuff andtry so hard but people are just plain rude. McDonald's is the best but great for a quick bite. Not as it was years years ago. Fast service depending on what you order.
Our food has been good except for the time I ordered spicy chicken nuggets those nuggets were the worst I had ever ate. They... were dry like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. I wasn't going to drive back a mile to complain. Servicehas been polite and helpful. The restaurant is pretty clean for what it is. Read more
I called to ask a question, and they hung up on me. Way to show your customers you care! Would not recommend this McDonald?s to... anyone. An ex employee told me they serve you expired food anyways. 0/10 Read more
Extremely slow. Customer service is great and the store is clean they are just really slow. We waited almost 45 minutes for 3... happy meals. Read more
I have a large family of 10 went inside and ordered takeout 14 cheeseburgers, 9 fries, 1 4 piece chicken nuggets. Get home open... up the 2 bags start dishing food out to the kids. End up only getting 11 cheeseburgers, and 8 fries, and the chicken nuggets. This is not the first time hence the reason I did not go through drive thru. Guess we confirmed go somewhere else. Nice McDonald?s to stop by on the way to Yosemite. Grab breakfast or lunch with a coffee. There are two self-serve kiosk and the... Ly encourage folks to use them. If you refused to do so, they have traditional registers too. The food here is good. Read more
I don't know. Every time there's a mistake. This time, my wife didn't get her order and seriously, my LG fry was half empty.
