This place is nasty. we ordered our food expecting something different then our usual spots.. the fries were dry and cold the... milkshakes were liquid asked to have money refunded she said she couldn't do it. replaced most the food just to have mygrandchildren and my husband and I feel sick so heading to where we were going not even 10 minutes later my grandchildren wasvomiting for the rest of our travel. Meanwhile my husband and I stomach was turning and aching...then this morning my othergrandchild started vomiting ..this place needs to be inspected. Read more
Burgers were good fries weren't hot. They were not fresh and about half of them were just bits and pieces so hard you couldn't... bite them. Kalici is in the wrong job cannot take care of customer complaints. She had a very bad attitude. Read more
My Hubby went to get our dinner. We wanted all dark meat. They told him they didn't have any, but would have some shortly. After... waiting at least 20 minutes, he got his order and came home. Our 8 piece "all dark meat" bucket consisted of 2 legs 2 wings and 4 breasts All cooked very crisp. I wish we had an alternative for fried chicken here in town, but I guess our alternative isjust don't go there. Eat a burger or tacos or pizza or hot dogs. Read more
Place is terrible, one of the worst restaurants I have ever been too. Coleslaw was disgusting and it seems that they don?t wash... out the container for weeks some of it was brown and slimy, so ???? gross. The health dept and KFC corp, needs to shut thisplace down, it is a waste of space Read more
Anyone who lives in this town knows not to expect good service when visiting this location, let alone your entire order. Yet... here I am posting this review to bring awareness that this location needs to be shut down and inspected. The chicken is stale?!I could not bite into my chicken because it was so stale. The first few times I thought it was staff maybe management but asseeing since the pandemic has caused an entirely new staff it must be the owner or something else. Maybe if we all stop eatinghere they'll bring in a Popeyes or Chic fil-a. At this point I'll take a chicken barn over this KFC. Please leave. Read more
We went on Wednesday to pick up our 8 biscuits cause they forgot and everything was closed. Idk if something was wrong because... they didn?t say anything. They came out and gave us 4 only. Just want to say do better cause not everyone will be calm. Read more
Most disgusting restaurant I've ever been in. This use to be a nice place, now it's gross. Entry door looked and felt like it... hadn't been wiped in weeks (black fingerprints everywhere and stickey). Bathrooms had weeks of built up grime. No toiletries.Chicken wasn't fully cooked. After the 2nd time trying to get a refill that actually had soda and not just bubbling coloredwater I gave up and threw drink away. And the staff, no one cared or wanted to be there. I don't know how this establishment is still open and running in Oakdale. Needs looked into. Staff are rude as can be. Take your... business elsewhere. This KFC is not what is used to be! Don't bring your family here at all! Last resort go to Burger King lol Read more
