I took my 85 year old friend with memory issues for lunch. It is an order at the bar, get your own silverware, drinks etc.... yourself type of place which was difficult. I literally had to go find the silverware. Our food was brought to our table. Oursandwiches were delicious and we enjoyed the food very much. We were seated near the kitchen and the ladies back there werevery friendly and helpful. However, the man at the front who greets you when you walk in was not warm and friendly. He was notexactly rude, but certainly abrupt. He kind of mumbled and barked at us, and clearly had no patience for my dear friend; I wouldsay this place is not great for seniors due to the amount of self service required and the lack of patience for confused seniorsby the man up front. Perfectly located to grab quick lunch or sandwich on the way to Yosemite! Kind owner and the outdoor patio is perfect for any... weather. lot of sandwich options on the menu and tried the chicken pesto sandwich with soup - both were fresh and delicious. The inside place is kinda small but nice. They have a nice bar area. There is also a good selection of alcohol. I ordered a... flavored beer which was pretty good.Their patio area is very decent in size. They do have umbrellas outside in case it's tooSunny and nice benches to sit on. Had my bridal shower on the patio and it was amazing! They set all the food and tables up. They left us alone so we could enjoy... our guest and party and would quietly pull my mom aside if they had any questions. The food is amazing!! Again the food isAMAZING! Read more
I wasn't impressed. I got the roast bf sandwich. I ate half the first day and put the other half in the fridge. Then I went to... eat it the next day . The meat was an odd color and it smelled spoiled. I took a small nibble to check and sure enough it wentbad .they must keep their meet right up to spoilage date . So very disappointed. Not only that the sandwich wasn't great anyway.I will go back and try something else .If it isn't good ...I'm done . Read more
