$80.00 per person plus mandatory gratuity for Thanksgiving was robbery for what they offered. Been there plenty of times in... years past and had a much better selection of food. Food was cold. Plates piled up on table. Couldn't get a drink. We will notreturn and recommend you look for another place for your family meal. Read more

We had afternoon tea after watching a lovely play. The service at this restaurant was below sub-par! The food was just ok, too... many sweets on the tray and not enough "finger sandwiches". After all the tables, seated after us, had food and drink, we stillhad not ordered our tea or had any food delivered. When we asked for more sandwiches, they never arrived. And when the billcame, they had the nerve to add a $35 "service fee"!!! We had no service, so save your time and money and dine elsewhere. Read more

As others have said, the quality of their buffet has gone downhill. Many items have been eliminated. You can not even find a... dinner roll in their spread. No more carved fruit displays as part of the presentation and most serving tables are threadbare ofitems that used to be staples such as pasta, oysters, cakes, etc. We left the Thanksgiving buffet and went a couple of milesaway to compare with The Drake. I think we may have to switch next time around. Read more

Have been going to Drury Lane for many, many years for their Brunch before shows & 2 holidays a year. Today, Thanksgiving will... be the last for Brunch. It’s been drastically going downhill since CoVid. I don’t mind spending money for a nicelunch/dinner however the quality of everything they offer food/service is subpar. Most food is cold except corn dogs-go figure! My daughters chair was extremely wobbly & they put it at another table where an elderly lady ended up sitting. Champagne &orange juice lukewarm. Could barely understand our waiter & no “hello/welcome…my name is”. Guy cleaning everyone’splates banged them the entire meal in our room. Dessert was an absolute joke- 4 tiny squares of pie options or sundae…lordhelp anyone who’s lactose intolerant! What happened to their beautiful tiered dessert display? They charge for a Diet Coke butendless champagne/juice is free which is odd. 418.00 for 4 people which for quality of food/service is laughable & sad. Onlypositive thing I can say after all these years is that it is very clean & beautifully decorated still. Read more

We have been coming to brunch for years but this is last time. They keep raising the price while at same time reducing... drastically the items they serve. Only icecream for dessert, no more oysters, no pasta station, way abbreviated appetizertable, unbelievable. Couldn't even get a piece of bread with dinner. The only bread was a bagel with breakfast stuff. Going tomiss what once was, but we're calling it a day. Read more

The $60+ Champagne Brunch is pricey, but fantastic. Service was exceptional and constantly refilled our boozy drinks. The... carving station and made to order donuts & waffle station were the highlights. Delicious food one can enjoy and splurge before ashow or for a special occasion. Read more

$50 a person and you take away the mussels and oyster rockefeller from the selection. No bread or rolls offered. The cheese area... didn’t have any deli meats like usual. Not sure why the prices go up but the quality and quantity of food goes down. Otherthan that the waitress was very attentive and nice. However, I can go anywhere for nice service. I’ll pass on Drury Lane fromnow on. There are better brunch spots out there. Do Not Recommend Read more
