Ordered online for pick-up and switched the size last minute from small to large. Which also resets all the sub options in the... app. It's not this location's fault entirely. I picked my sub up and realized I made an ordering mistake so I took it rightback to ask if there was anything they could do. The cashier said sure but then the manager came out and quickly said no becauseit was made correctly by what's on the receipt. I knew that but I admitted my mistake and was hoping I could get a sandwich Iwould eat. Waste of $17.07 and time. Read more

Typically not a review kind of gal, but an hour and a half delivery time for 1 sandwich chips and a drink. Called and asked if I... could get an update on my order at the hour 15 mark and she said " he left 40 minutes ago so he should be there any minutenow".... lol thanks for the hot mayo and melted ice. Like others have noted… one of the slowest Jimmy John’s on this side of the Mississippi. I can’t imagine what they’re... doing back there in the kitchen but it’s definitely not making sandwiches. Additionally poor customer service pertaining tolate orders. Employee lied to me on the phone. Who ever runs this franchise needs to clear house and start over. Read more
I have been waiting for a $60 reimbursement since Mother's Day! I call almost weekly to get a status update and have been very... patient, but to-date, have gotten nowhere. Our order was not delivered after an hour of waiting so we cancelled. Aftersubmitting my request online to corporate, I was hopeful that the reimbursement would go through, however, I have not evengotten a reply. I would like my money back for services NOT RENDERED! Was out for delivery almost 2 hours. Lunch meat isn’t supposed to sit out for over 2 hours. I called and they said the driver... has over 8 deliveries to do. They should probably hire more drivers. Read more
