I come here occasionally usually my food is fresh and hot today it was not. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries to which I... was told I could have some on the side. When I got my fries they looked like they had been deep fried twice and there was NOSEASONING on them. My chicken tenders were the same way and my bread this food was not fresh the gave me reheated garbage. Notto mention the women running the drive thru were yelling at two men walking around out side. Wasnt a good look or experience.Your a work and I'm paying your paycheck. I won't be back probably ever. Definitely not to this one. They need new management. Read more

Every time I've been to this location, the food is always tip-top! The chicken is always perfectly crispy and fresh. The fries... have always had a perfect crisp with a good amount of seasoning. (We all know the seasoning on the fries is what makes Zaxby's.????) I've only ordered a salad here a few times, but the few times have still been pleasant experiences. Most importantly forme though, the customer service is great! I've been through this Zaxby's drive thru countless times over the last 5 years, and Icouldn't tell you a single time I've experienced bad customer service. I'll overlook mistakes with orders, long wait times, anddriving distance - A L L D A Y L O N G - if it means I'll be treated with decency and kindness. Read more

I stop here at least once a week at lunch. This week I got the traditional wings and things. The chicken fingers were smaller... than any I have ever gotten. The traditional wings were so small and so dry I could not eat them. Only good thing I can say isthe fries were hot. Very disappointed and may not be back. Simply awful. Read more

Great food. Stopped in after a doctor's appointment. It was lunch time and this Zaxbys is really fast with getting your order... ready. Our food was very fresh and tasted great. This was our first time in Zaxbys at the Oakridge restaurant. We will be back. Read more

Very impressed! New to the area and unfamiliar with Zaxby's. Came through during lunch rush, gal standing outside taking orders... was very patient with me and when asked what she would recommend she had several recommendations. Very knowledgeable about themenu and polite. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich, unaware house salad had Roma's on there and she ensured my salad didn'thave tomatoes either.
