After checking the website for this specific restaurant that stated the dining room was open, I arrived, expecting to finally... try the breakfast menu that has been long over due. I found that due to understaffed the dining room was closed. The hours opensign was on each of 3 doors. All said dining room open. 2 employees were sitting at tables with laptops open. Only 2 cars werein the drive-thru. There were 5 cars in the parking lot leading me to believe that 5 people were inside, 3 working an 2 surfingthe internet. I will not be trusting Wendy's web-site any longer. They seem to be making sufficient capital from the drive-thruso, no consideration is giving to those that prefer not to eat and drive. Read more
The floor was wet in front of the soda dispenser. Both soda dispensers were not working. Asked for cup to fill from drive thru... dispenser numerous times. Finally a manager came to help. Fries were ice cold. Saw employee pick a chicken nugget from bin withfingers and pop into her mouth while waiting on a beverage. Chili was soup. What's up Wendy's???? Fast, friendly service. Our orders have been correct and fresh every time thus far. They are really good about special orders or... adding extra/removing ingredients. The Sunday crew is excellent; it's our favorite time to go because the food is so fresh. Iknow how difficult church rushes are. Read more

Order is messed up almost every time we visit, maybe 1 out of 5 is correct. This last time will be our last visit though. Not... only was the complete order messed up but they actually sold me a burger with a bunch of plastic bits stuck to the bottom patty.I noticed when I took the first bite and wouldn't eat anything more. Excellent fast-food chilli. Best among fast food retailers and better than most restaurants, with none of that "fresh from the... can" taste they all seem to have. Fresh, light, meaty. Excellent with crackers! Read more
