The actual shop is good. The app is where I had my issue. I switched screens to transfer money to my debit card and the app... added a sandwich to my order, but deleted the sandwich my husband wanted. I waited the 20 minutes for our order, and then wepicked it up and went home. Subway's never completely screwed us on my order, so we didn't check before leaving the parkinglot. My husband ended up not eating, due to allergies to the bell peppers and tomatoes on the sandwich. Read more

Drive thru is now a touch screen that I can't reach. The guy was talking while I was reading the menu, no clue what he was... saying, probably something dumb like you need to pull up to order when I was obviously looking at the menu with no one behindme. Maybe they should put the menu closer to the speaker box and screen and put the screen closer to the road? Once I pulled up,there was no one speaking and I was very irritated by the screen and button I couldn't reach so I left. Read more

Made an online order. Went to go pick it up just to be Informed they had no steak or bacon. I asked for a refund they cancelled... the order and told me it be refunded within 24 hrs. Yes I admit they refunded it just to turn around n charge me for it again.Not a happy customer at all Read more

I understand the cost of cheese but when you show WHOLE pieces of fresh mozzarella in a commercial but cut it in half, your... shorting the customer! Plus I counted 15+ flies buzzing around, resting on food, and when I tried to scare one off the employeelooked at me stupid and went on about their business. This was a horrible stop for lunch and I seriously feel cheated. Read more
