I like Sonic. For fast food, they have a lot of choice and are pretty speedy. The Oak Ridge location is fine, the service is... good. Probably putting 4 burgers in one small bag is not the best...just a suggestion. :) Read more

This is the third time I have visited this location, and it will absolutely be my last. It takes more than 20 minutes to get... your order, even if you just get soda. I placed an order ahead on the app tonight, and I sat for 15 minutes, and I finally leftafter no one brought it out and I couldn?t get anyone to answer the button. Read more

I've repeatedly tried this location and now I've just given up. The quality is always bad. Now they're even putting brown rotten... lettuce on the burgers. And look at that mushy excuse for fried pickles. Ugh Read more

I was excited to eat at sonic, but on arrival the stalls were too narrow for a truck without folding in the mirrors. After we... ordered it took about 12 - 15 minutes to get the food and the popcorn chicken appeared to be the scraps at the bottom because itwas all breading and no chicken. Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant was today. I went through the drive-thru on my... lunch break and ordered a side item and two drinks. When I got to the window, the gentleman was quick to take my payment, butafter that, I was left staring at the window for over 15 minutes while the employees goofed off and had their social hour. Mybag was sitting right in front of me the entire time. All they had to do was hand it to me. There were at least 4 employeeslaughing and chatting and doing absolutely nothing. Not a one of them could hand me my bag so I could just leave. I triedgetting their attention and was completely ignored. Eventually, I was running late to get back to work, and was forced to justdrive away with nothing, even though I had already paid. When I returned to work, I tried calling the store. Big mistake. On myfirst attempt, the phone just rang and rang and nobody ever answered. A little while later, I tried again. It rang for quite awhile, and then someone finally answered. I asked to speak to a manager, and the woman on the line asked who I was. I told her?I?m the guy that drive off a while ago because nobody would hand me my bag.? I was perfectly polite but clearly annoyed. I thenheard the girl tell her manager ?someone wants to talk to you and he?s super mad?. I didn?t appreciate that, nor did Iappreciate the ?manager? immediately putting the phone on mute and leaving me in silence for several minutes until I had to hangup. I have never been treated this way at a restaurant in my life. I will be demanding a full refund and reporting thisincident to the store owner. The children that run this establishment clearly don?t need your business, so I wouldn?t bothergiving it to them if I were you. Read more

Ordered two blasts on the app. Myself and many other patrons were waiting 50+ minutes. Fifty minutes for two blasts that take 30... seconds to make? This is the second time in a month span that sonic has made me wait an extremely long time for no reason. Thefirst time they CLOSED and I had to go to the window and be like where is my food? After an entire hour and a half wait. You arenot hurting for bodies, as I see many people inside working... So maybe it is lack of competence? I ended up cancelling my ordertonight after 50 minutes and went to McDonald's. There was 10 cars in front of me and I was in and out in 15 minutes, with thedrive through person having her one arm in a sling. A one armed woman was able to serve people faster, and overall smoother thena team of 7 people with only 10 cars in line when we got there? I even ordered on the app ahead, which in your terms is"faster." You need to step it up big time Oak Ridge Sonic, because currently you are a joke. You have lost our business movingforward. This is a lie, you can?t order ahead and the drive thru either doesn?t work or they just decide not to talk or ask for your... order, sat at the drive thru for 5 mins and people just sat there and watched at 3 in the afternoon, whoever owns this placeshould be embarrassed Read more

Extremely slow and they couldn't understand me when placing my order which caused my wait to be over 30 minutes from the time... that I pulled up until the time that I left. Once I had left I had my boyfriend double check our bag and they had forgottenboth of our sides for our meals. I'll turned around by shoneys we went back after calling and waited another 15 minutes for themto bring out 2 medium sides of mozzarella sticks. By the time we got home all of our food was cold and the mozzarella sticksliterally had no cheese in them as well as my popcorn chicken being so over cooked that half of the meat turned to powder when Istarted chewing.
