Recipe has changed a bit in 40 years, sauce is a bit sweeter, cheese seems milder, but the meatlover's pan is still very... good. Good italian sausage is practically non-existant at fast food pizza joints, but it's here at Pizza Hut! BTW: my pizza wasspot on: tasty!!! Thanks crew. ???? Read more
Not impressed, waited about 10 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged, unacceptable. People don't seem very friendly. I hate... that when ordering online and you get to the final screen to pay they have suggested amounts you should tip starting at Ibelieve 18 percent which is bogus when it's a carry out order. If you expect people to start paying at least 18 percent forpeople just to do their job maybe you should lower the suggested tip amounts and store owner should pay the employees better.Pizza at this location is way over priced. I am probably one of the better tippers in this area and I believe in supportingemployees however, I do not like being told what a suggested tip amount is as this should be based on the service the customerreceives. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza and got a pizza with marinara sauce instead of Buffalo sauce. It was disgusting. When we... checked our order we realized the Pizza Hut website has a new fluke that changes the sauce midway through the ordering process.Yay! : ( When I tried to call the store the phone rang for 10 minutes without an answer. No value in ordering out any longer. $35 for a pizza, 8 wings and a forgotten 2 liter. Pizza tasted great but a $5-6 delivery... fee before the suggested default 18% tip. Not ashamed to admit I edit down to 10%. Plus $8 for 8 boneless wings that werefloating in a watery carton, an apparent attempt to thin down what was probably a good sauce? I order a Chicago Deep Dish supreme and there were no green peppers. My pizza box nor my breadstick box wasn?t sealed. It was... mushy and gross! They had a third party, Door Dash, delivered my food to me even though I ordered online through Pizza Hut andwas still charged a delivery fee! If I could give zero stars I would. We went in to pick it up because you can't trust their delivery drivers not to somehow smear... your whole pizza around on the box lid. They straight up gave my entire order to someone else. Complete and utter bafflementwhen I ask for my order. To give them a small amount of credit, they gave me my money back. Unfortunately, they then convincedmy husband to wait while they remade the order. I got home, still hangry, to find my 2nd pizza still doughy. I find myselftaking the small amount of credit back.
