Normally we love the pizzas and have no issue with quality. For whatever reason, for the nearly $70 we spent 2/3 of the family... sized pizzas were incorrect. The 2 mini Murphy?s we also ordered were already assembled instead of make-it-yourself, which wasvery sad for our 2 youngest who were excited to make their pizzas. No temporary tattoos either, and no instructions forbaking. One of family sized thin crust deluxe veggies we got was actually a regular crust and not thin, and the stuffed chickenbacon ranch had no ranch and instead had red sauce, which ruined it for me. Ordinarily, this Papa Murphy's is great. They (usually) have friendly staff and it's (usually) a quick and easy dinner.... Tonight's order with them, however, really has me questioning if I want to come back. The service was sub-par. The person namedAmy really needs to step up. Going through mechanically and telling each customer that it will be 20 minutes without checking,and then finding out that the pizzas we called in have been sitting there the whole time was not a pleasant experience. I'mabsolutely sure it would have not been noticed for another 20 minutes (which we had already waited 40 minutes after calling theorder in ????)had a customer not spoken up, prompting Amy to check, and then Amy has the audacity to ask if we have alreadypaid... Even the customer waiting answered yes in unison. That's just horribly sad when a customer knows and you don't...Witnessing a mess up on the part of the staff and having them tell the customer she will have to be re-rung up was ridiculous,and then the poor customer had to wait loooonnnngggeeerrrr. Me and my roommate tried to order a couple pizzas over the phone from this location. We were told the order would take 20 min.... We showed up 40 minutes later after a long day of work just wanting to pick up our pizzas and head home. There wasn't anothercustomer in the store. Three older women were working behind the counter and when we gave her the name our order was under shereplied in a rude tone that they are "working on that." Me and my buddy looked at each other in shock that we were gettingattitude from her and the woman began to take a crust out and start or pizzas. I looked at my buddy and quietly asked if he'dlike to just go somewhere else. But before he could answer me the older manager started screaming at us telling us to leave herstore. It was very uncomfortable and rather shocking. I don't understand how people like this work in customer service jobs. Read more
