I go to this particular McDonald's since I moved here atleast 3 times a week. (Since April) First let me say that the early... morning WEEKDAY crew are great! They are quick, friendly, helpful and they give you a reasonable amount of condiments with yourorder. They always impress me because this is how it is routinely. On the other hand...the weekend crew is opposite. I've had topull out of line and park while they got my order completed...I order the same thing almost every time and the pricevaries...then the order doesn't seem to be fresh, and that is often...plus I've only ever had problems with my app 2 times andboth were here on the weekends and they were rude and hurtful about it, which is odd because it's their app...according to themapp problems when you are ordering from them aren't their problem and you can either pay full price or go somewhere else whichis what they told me...Anyway, that's the second time I've been treated that badly at that restaurant, I can't imagine that theowner would approve of being represented in that manner or I hope not. I haven't abused the app, I haven't cashed in any of mypoints so it's not like I'm getting a lot of "free" food, nor was I abusive to the employees even after they were so unhelpfuland rude and mean. I asked to speak to the manager and she acted like I was trying to pull something, which I wasn't. That wasan exercise in adding insult to injury. Don't go here on weekend mornings!!! Read more

We went through the drive thru to pick up 3 cheeseburgers. Our order taker was cheerful and easy to understand. She also told... us to have a blessed day with a smile! 100 million stars for her amazing customer service! I had a friend call with a crisis asI was pulling away, so I have forgotten her name. Description: She is a beautiful, young, african american girl. She said shehad recently started working at McDonald's. Her name may have been Ashley? She was taking orders and taking payments at thedrive thru on October 11th between 1 to 2pm. I used to manage at McDonald's back in the day. She is worthy of a promotion inthe near future. Top notch customer service. I will definitely stop back to this location. I'm happy and impressed. Read more

This place is hit or miss. I stop by here during the week and everything is great when going through the drive-thru. On the... weekends it's another story. Often times when going through the drive-thru you are greeted by "Hello" and that's it. And, afterplacing order it's "pull on up and you will get your total. " To me that's not good customer service. Today I ordered a soda for curbside delivery. After 15 minutes of waiting (verified by the order time recorded on the email... thanking me for my order), I went inside to cancel the order. The inside of the restaurant had numerous people waiting fororders. I waited at the counter and a young woman told me she'd be with me in a minutes. Five minutes later she hadn't come backto serve m but I heard her finally requesting that someone fill my order! I told her they didn't need to bother that I'd get itmyself. Management apparently prioritizes drive through orders over other orders to keep the line moving. I should have learnedlong ago that this location cannot promptly serve curbside orders. Their drive through lines are so long that traffic isobstructed to even get into their location. Often, you can't get into the drive through line without driving all the way aroundthe establishment and many folks don't want to do that and risk being further back in the line, so they just block traffic tosecure their place next in line. I wonder what the goal is for serving times for curbside delivery at this location. Read more

I mainly go here for breakfast, and I have to give that crew props. They?re always so fast and are very nice. The last two... times, my poodle has been barking his head off, and both women who brought my curbside order were so sweet even though he was soloud. The food is fresh too! What more could you ask for :) Read more

This location has zero consistent operating times. Some nights they're closed at 8pm, some nights open till midnight. I drive by... often late at night because I work late, but I drive past this location to something else consistent and with better customerservice. Read more

Last 2 visit they got order wrong and wanted me to go back thru drive thru and order what they missed, bc they had not charged... me for what I ordered. Once is mistake, I am not a jerk. But they missed it. The info on order screen is not really okay for usbc trying to order and drive and get the money out and they expect me to think $12 is just ONE sandwich combo and extrafries...the price increase. Still personally know that is too much for the mediocre food and poor service. Read more

Because I can not give a zero. The store was clean. Good customer service. I had a quarter pounder with cheese and paid extra... for big Mac sauce when I sat to eat the first bite the meet was under cooked so I returned and got what is in the picture. Inaddition to my review I finally got my correct order and halfway through my meal they received a delivery and asked me to movemy vehicle so they can receive their order so now I was inconvenienced with the way my meal was cooked but now you want me tostop eating and move my vehicle and then come back and finish my meal which will be cold. I enjoy eating inside because theconstruction of each location is while the same still makes them different. So now I ate half of my meal there for I am givingthis location a 0 ( zero ).
