Ordered delivery for my family. The rep on the phone repeated my address and order to me. He took my credit card info. An... hour later we've seen no sign of the food. I call the restaurant and they claim we never ordered. No one wants to takeaccountability for what happened. This is incredibly frustrating. Between this incident and being unable to order online dueto them not recognizing the address (home has been here for 10 months) I'm done with this Marco's. And now I get to worry aboutif the guy who took my card info is going to try to use it. Super awesome. Read more
We order from Marco's quite often. Usually, everything is great! This time, not so much. We ordered old- world pepperoni and... received regular pepperoni. While it was delivered faster than estimated, the pizza was only half cut. I made a mess trying toget my first slice. This was a disappointing experience and I will let them know at tellmarcos. Just ordered for the first time through the app. The chicken on my pizza is kind of gross, too much crust is showing, and I was... given blue cheese dressing instead of the ranch I asked (and paid extra) for. Everything else was great--the delivery and thequality/taste of the veggies on my pizza were both just fine. Sadly, either way--I'm not ordering again. Read more
Marco's has quickly become my favorite place for pizza! Every pizza that I've ordered has been superb. The pizza toppings are... so fresh!!! I order online with the Marco's app and it is very easy to use. My pizza is usually ready in 7 minutes... and Ialways receive the best customer service there. Highly recommend! Read more
