Always order ahead! Probably my favorite part of going to Little Caesars anymore is walking past all the people in line and... grabbing my food out of the warmer and walking out while they all make eyes at me ????. In and out in under a minute more oftenthan not. They do have a tendency not to have their open sign on but I just figure they are short staffed and not wanting todraw extra attention to themselves. Priced decently, easy to order and pick up with the hot holding lock boxes that you put your code into. Drink that I ordered... online was out of stock at the store. Worker was helpful. Read more

When they get everything right it's amazing, I think it depends on who's working, but when they mess up the really do that well... too. I eaten so many wrong pizzas even when ordered in store. Cause who wants to wait for a remake when you already waited halfan hour for the wrong thing?! The biggest thing I hate about Oak Ridge location is that night shift tends to turn the phones offthe hook and you can't call in order. They don't know what Deep dish /Pan Pizza is apparently cause almost every time it's notcorrect. I'm old school I guess. My only complaint is the staff, they just don't care and I'm sorry isn't in the volcabulary.When they do it wrong they should at least offer a discount on the pizza since I don't make you redo it, but you don't. First of all, the pizza is wonderful, and the prices are a dream. The store is quite small, but this is not a major problem... since this is a takeout pizza place. The service is good, the menu has a wide variety of pizzas and sodas to choose from,however, on occasions, some workers may lack the attention to give people cold food that was cooked hours before it was ordered,however this has very rarely happened. Somehow had to wait for 45 mins on a large pepperoni with bread sticks. Got home and the order was wrong (mushrooms and... sausage). Called to make sure it would be ready when we got there and the guys said it ?would probably be that long again? whenwe got down there for the replacement. Read more
