Big thank you to AM I just spoke to about the my order from krxf06. Since the night manager chose to serve me burnt edged cheese... krystals more like beef jerky in 47 years enjoying usually tender and soft yummy ones. As of November staff doesn't care at all what you get or if you get your food right, I came at night and ordered the 24 cheese... Krystal's and two Dr peppers, wait time was 8 minutes with no cars in the line. I asked for my sandwiches to be plain (meat andcheese only) I checked the bag and they were all cheese less and full of onions. So I turned back around and came back throughthe line The same lady on the intercom said it was not order as plain and started getting an attitude for me telling her thereis a problem with my order. Printed on my receipt clearly said plain cheese Krystal's. I pulled up and she "had a fix for itimmediately when previously it took 8 minutes" I opened the bag and it was 12 instead of 24 sandwiches and they were the exactsame messed up sandwiches. She closed the store 2 hours early right after screwing my food up twice. I will never be going backto this Krystal's and I warn others not to as well as staff does not care. Nice staff, 24 hrs, great food, adequate interior, and condiments and utensils are available. The prices are great and the... workers are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is available in the morning and is always a great way to start your morning.There are also great deals on many sandwiches, like 12, 24, or 48 packs! Read more
I love Krystal. They have pick 5 for $6. Their chili pups are great. I wish they would put the corn pups and chicken Krystals... on this list. The food was great ad usual and we will be back. Read more
