We don?t have Freddie?s where I live so we definitely wanted to check out this cute place, let?s start with the reasons for the... 3 stars first? the floor was so greasy I could ice skate? people were slipping and sliding.. so gross. Most of the staff had nointerest in engaging.. not very southern of them. There was one staff member who was ABOVE AND BEYOND. I enjoyed peoplewatching her, she engaged with all the customers and walked around to tables when she wasn?t busy in the back checking onpeople. She was kind and welcoming. She needs a raise, and probably to train the other staff members. I asked her name, Shantay.Seriously.. let this girl know she?s amazing. Here?s what saved this review. I have found my new favorite burger place!!! The Double Bacon Burger was AMAZING! The patties weren't huge but they very... obviously were fresh and the flavor made up for the size of the patties. It doesn't come with everything on it but you can addit all (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, ketchup) at no cost!!! The employees are so nice and helpful. The atmosphere was so fun!My almost 3 year old just wanted to get up and dance to the music they had going. I live in Knoxville and will DEFINITELY begoing back!!! I tried the double bacon cheeseburger and it was amazing. My sundae was yummy as always. But my favorite part of my visit was... Mike. He gave me service worthy of a 5 star restaurant. I was having trouble with my leg, so I don?t know if he was being kindor is always this kind, but he took my tray and later my food basket and brought me my sundae.
