I was very disappointed in the staff tonight 11/16/22. There was a veteran dining in, the staff lost his order ticket, the older... man probably in his early 80s waited for at least 30 minutes on his food. Never received it. He went up to get a refund for theitems he purchased, the cashier proceeded to give the man his money. Never once offered to give the man a sandwich he shouldhave got his refund and a free sandwich. The man was a diabetic and was shaking all over, a group of women stepped in to tellthe cashier she did wrong that she should have given him a sandwich and his money back since he waited so long and never got hisorder. Then another lady from behind the counter told the group of women to just leave they weren't even finished eating yet. Ifthat's the way your staff treats your customers you don't need my business. What happened to the heros this gentleman was aveteran and was treated very bad by your staff. Just like the group of ladies said that was BAD business and it truly was. I ordered online for pick up at 1pm today. Sunday 10/16. When I got there this place was packed. Not a seat in the place;... workers quickly and with smiles on their face taking orders and preparing food. Families spending time and eating togetherinstead of just rushing around. As each family got up they cleaned their tables off and moved them back where they previouslywere so the next family could be seated without the staff having to stop preparing food. No one complained about the wait; thestaff worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. This truly made my heart smile. I love this little town we live in. Lovethat people are still so kind and genuine. And kuddos to the staff who didn?t allow the stress to show. Read more
3 stars because the staff even do it was friendly they all stayed behind the counter talking and having a good time, not... bothered by that. But the place got busy tables were dirty and some of the staff were not preparing food or taking orders. Theywere just talking to the others that were working. Customers had to clear and clean the tables if the wanted to sit down. Trashon the floor drinking station dirty and they just stood there. Read more

Rapid rescue to go needs rescuing!! Put in an order online at about 6:30 was supposed to be ready by 7:05, didn?t even start... making the sandwiches until 7:05.??Four workers and only one making sandwiches. This is the second time I?ve had an issue withthis particular franchise. Definitely would not recommend this location. Read more
Food was good, employee cleanliness left me puckering until my food was received. One employee walking behind the prep area with... a nose bleed. What appeared to possibly be the manager was scratching his beard behind the line also. Then the 2 mentionedemployees stand at the register discussing the one with a nose bleed going to get a covid test. As myself and the other customerwaiting for their food discussed our concerns I believe there is obvious room for improvement. First time I ever tried a Firehouse Sub was last week at Clinton location. I ordered same exact thing here at Oak Ridge... location. It suffers by comparison. Got the Spicy Cajun Chicken. The sandwich looked tiny compared to Clinton. Had exactly 2 twojalapeños on it and much less chicken. I will try the Lenoir City or Farragut locations to see if they can make it like theClinton location. The kids running the location were nice enough. But I?ll try elsewhere. Read more
Out of lettuce for over 2 weeks and the female employee wants to argue about the prices.
