Seems a bit understaffed. Staff is nice, sure, but nice does not equal out to professionalism. Many members aren?t completely... familiarized with Dunkin standard recipes. They may leave out an ingredient or use more/less of one. I?ve had this happen onmultiple occasions. Got a hot chai last week, it was a little over an hour before close, they were not busy in the slightest, Iarrived within 5 minutes of placing my order, and for some reason my hot drink was even cooler than room temperature? I did notcomplain (until now), because this is the quality of service that I?ve come to expect from this establishment. It?s one of twodrive-thru coffee spots in Oak Ridge, the other being Starbucks, so it does get pretty slammed in the AM. If you plan to arrivebetween 7am and 8am (especially if you?re a student) I recommend you place your mobile order twenty+ minutes ahead of time ifyou want it to be close to ready when you get there. Also, to my fellow customers, PLEASE look at the name on your beverageinstead of just grabbing one that looks like it might be yours. Staff is too scattered in the morning to keep track of who istaking what, and you?re just adding to the chaos. ??????? It?s not cute, you?re not funny/clever, please move somewhere else towatch the counter, so other people can get their drinks. Was horrible. Almost 8 bucks for 6 old donuts. The raspberry filled donut tasted like it had some kind of chemical in the jelly... i couldnt even swallow it. This town needs a krispy kreme so they can tell what a real donut is. But honestly the freshness wasthe problem. Im sure if the donuts were fresh they wouldve been at least edible. Dunkin Donuts? So last week I got a bagel that tasted days old and was inedible and today this is my large matcha latte?.. why is it not... anywhere near full?! The staff are always friendly and nice but if the food sucks half the time and the drink is half full.Guess I?ll stick with coffee only. Read more
This used to be one of our favorite Dunkin, but, we have gotten horrible tasting coffee and old, stale donuts a time too many to... review this one any higher. It?s really hit or miss on if your drink will be good or not, and the first time I got one of thenew grilled cheese sandwiches, it was visibly over cooked. Thankfully it tasted okay! It?s also hit or miss on whether or notthe staff will be friendly and if they have their mask on properly. I included photos of my sandwich. Read more
Super friendly staff. The Dunkin Donuts was super busy when we came in and the team working was like a well oiled machine.... Nobody minded waiting a minute as you could tell they were on top of things. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared asordered. Job well done! Read more
Wait in line for 20 minutes to get told they?re out of something for the second time in 4 days. Even if they had it only half... the time it?s drinkable. Spend the money and go to Starbucks or another dunkin bc this one just can?t get it together. Read more
