They had me on hold for 30 plus minutes on the phone while waiting to just ask if chips came with the meals. I drove all the way... to the restaurant and told the manager at the checkout and she said ?oh no!!? And checked the phone- she didn?t even realize Iwas still on hold the whole time! They didn?t say sorry or offer to comp anything and we had a larger order. The manager gaveexcuses and said oh we have been so busy today! As a customer I would avoid here! They are too busy to take your money and don?tfeel bad about it. Oh and the food was cold once we finally got it and got it home to eat. Read more
