Most of the time My order is Fresh and Hot and on time. There have only been a couple of times where I've had any issues
A good representation of the Domino's chain of restaurants. They have friendly staff with fast service, and will do everything... they can to make sure they make you exactly what you want to eat. It is also very convenient to the West end of Oak Ridge. Read more
I've ordered from the Oak Ridge location several times over the years. Today I ordered a medium, thin crust pizza with four... toppings that was terrible. For $17.00 I picked up a tasteless, cold and inedible pizza.. Any frozen pizza from a supermarketwould be superior to this dreadful example. It was expensive and disgraceful. Love the pizza, and I've never had a bad experience. However I do pick up my order from the store, so I'm not sure how the... delivery experiences is. The pizza crust is alway soft and crisp, with pizza sauce that is tangy but not overwhelming. I get therobust sauce and I think it's perfect on the pizza. Read more
I ordered a pizza online tonight for my 4 yr old daughter and my youngest son ,I was supposed to get DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA... cheese , I was cooking dinner for the rest of my family when my daughter and son started screaming and crying when there wasn'tDOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese all I could tell them to get a piece and eat it anyway. I called the store and started tocomplain I asked to speak to the manager Brandon ,I was mad but not cussing he told me that he had been making pizzas for 6months and no one had complained, he ordered me to lower my voice if I didn't he was going to hang up the phone and not help mehe kept ordering me not to talk loud towards him . Brandon then told me that he could make another pizza for me but by this timemy 2 children had already eaten a piece or 2 a piece so there was no sense for that, but I will bring it to the store and showyou that it WASN'T made right when I got there I opened the box and and asked him is this the way you make a pizza with DOUBLEpepperoni and EXTRA cheese ,with a smart attitude he told me that I shouldn't have ate the pizza not concerned about the what Ihave went through with my 2 youngest children and trying to fixed dinner for my other 3 children I told them to eat it anywayas I was leaving the store I heard Brandon tell me F___ you so I basically got taken for $5.00 worth of extras that I didn'tget and to beat it all the MANAGER Brandon tells me F____ you when you are a single parent and every dollar counts then get liedto and taken advantage of by the MANAGER Brandon because he has been making pizzas for 6 months and know one has complained.
