Always a great experience at this Chick-fil-A location! Whether order is place through the drive-thru, inside, or mobile order... it is always delivered timely and with exceptional customer service. The condiment station is always stocked, and the restaurantand bathrooms are clean. My order is always correct and fresh. Read more

Although a very good and clean place you are waiting a very long time. Employees don't acknowledge you for long periods of time.... Dine in is the same you wait and wait very poor customer service for food that isn't bad but it's not good either I can go toKFC and get faster service for the same food at a much cheaper than here if your in Oliver Springs, Tn avoid this locationunless your willing to wait. My oh My!!! Come in for the chicken, stay for the ???? music, kindness, and compassion. Chick-Fil-A cares about their employees... as well as the customers and it shows with the manager. The manager was warm and inviting to everyone and was working alongsidethe employees. The food was delicious as always and the service was excellent. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
