I made an order for a cake on March 2022, and I had the worst customer service from the general manager who called me at home... yelling at me. She was complaining about an order that I made online and yelling why the order couldn?t be done by Monday 11:00am when I made the order on Saturday afternoon. When I ask politely to not raise her voice to me because I was not her employeeshe stated that she was the general manager. That she was the only employee at the store and she asked me (still raising hervoice in an aggressive attitude), offering me multiple pickup times options. By this time I was so irritated that I hang up thephone, not before telling her that I would let her supervisor know about this behavior. If the general manager of a businessthat I own is capable of such behavior, I can?t fathom what kind of culture or work environment this place has I just know thatshe messed up with the wrong customer. That?s when and I hang up the phone. This is the worst service I have ever receivedfrom any retail place ever. Baskin Robbins franchise you better fix this for the sake of your brand. I'm sure it's due to employee shortage or something, but they were closed at 7:40 despite the web site saying they were open... till 10:00. So I went to Dairy Queen like everyone else in town. Fully staffed, friendly and quick service. Read more
Ordered a warm cookie sandwich. Did not get to choose what type of cookie I wanted and they did not want to warm up my cookie.... To finish it she handed me the sandwich bare handed, no wrapper, into my hand. I?ve been here plenty of times and gotten thesame order and never have I gotten a cookie sandwich made this badly. Tried to go through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before their supposed 10:00 closing time. The lady working asked what we... wanted, and as soon as my husband said "I would like a medium", she cut him off and said they closed at 8 and she's not makingany more drinks - she'll do scoops only. We wanted a milkshake so we left. Not sure why all the lights were on, the menu was litup, and she was responding to the drive-thru if they had been closed for almost 2 hours or why Google says they're open till 10if they're not. Regardless, she was super rude and it wasn't the first time we've had a bad experience in the drive-thru there. Read more
