We ordered delivery and the driver called us because he couldn?t find the house, he was rude and nasty over the phone and we... continued to be polite and try to guide him to the house and he proceeded to tell us that he?s not coming and going back to therestaurant because he needed to make more pizzas, completely rude and disrespectful. We order from this restaurant a good amount of the time because it?s convenient and close by ( we use the slice app ). Sometimes... things are forgotten and we have always been understanding because things happen. Tonight I ordered a pizza and asked for itwell done , and an order of cheese fries with Gravy and for the gravy to be on the side. I?m not sure if this got mixed up inthe requests but after numerous times of me letting little mistakes go this was the the first time I?m so disappointed I need towrite a review. Pizza is completely under done and the fries are so burnt to a crisp with gravy it?s barely even edible on thetop layer. May have been an easy mix up of what was to be over done but regardless I kindly asked for the gravy on the side. Iwork with the public and I like to give the benefit of the doubt but how backwards this was it seemed like whoever was aspreparing the order just felt like messing it up on purpose. Read more

Ok so with the recent storm, all the pizza places were busy, I get that, but you need to hire some real help. Was told 30... minutes on phone, was over an hour before I walked out with my food. My meatball hero was a disaster. Meatballs were cool inmiddle and had absolutely zero taste, bread was soaked on the bottom and toasted hard on top. One bite and it fell apart. Whilewaiting, others walked in with mistakes. No one wearing masks either. I have tried to give this place a chance time and again.These latest owners are only hurting themselves. Read more

Whoever said that this is the bear Pizza in town, I think the Pizza Hunters Reviews may have to skip Jefferson. I would.imagine... being on such a busy road that this place is all about volume. People stopping off for a quick slice. The staff was veryfriendly, but when I asked if a fresh Pie was coming out for Slices, they looked at me like I had 3 heads. What was out on thecounter did not look appealing in any way and frankly it was not good. I would have waited for a fresh pizza, considering it wasat 5pm, I would have thought that a fresh one would be coming out. This was not a good pizza experience.
