Yesterday 12/3/2022 I waited in line for 1 hour to place my order ordering 6 spicy breast 3 piece spicy strips side of Mac and... cheese and two apple pies I was asked by the drive thru employee to park on the side and they will be dropping my food fresh. Iwaited an additional 1hour and 30 mins for my food. The employees were loud impatient and very unorganized and unprofessionalfood was just laying around every where the workers were practically giving away free food and mixing up orders. I witnessed aguy asking for a refund and was denied it. The manager was highly unprofessional in greeting guest and yelling at her peers.Other employees we're tell the customers we need to be patient. But when doing so you have to be professional this particularPopeyes I would not recommend going to it's such a mess. Read more

The owners and corporate should be ashamed. My elderly neighbor had to wait an hour and 45 minutes in line in the drive... through. Only to be told they are out of chicken. There is no way to get out of line in the drive through which should beagainst municipal code and they really don't care about the customers time or satisfaction. Don't waste your time here. The food is okay but the service is something else. Ordered 5 tenders red beans and rice and... Hawaiian punch at the drive through. Paid for my 5 chicken tenders and sat watching people inside standing around, some ontheir phones, some sitting, some working at least 5-6 people could be seen. I was almost given the incorrect order; someonesaid here is your spicy....and I said I had tenders and they tole me the ticket didn't come up. I got 4 1/2 tenders, didn't getmy sauce. Parked to go inside to get my sauce and someone was locking the door. I said HI I just went through the drivethrough and didn't get my sauces. They asked what I wanted and I told them. When one guy was going to get sauces I asked tothe gentleman locking the door "dining room is closed? Your sign says it's open" he said "not today, we are under staffed". Iasked how many people do you need to be staffed. He calculated and said 6-7. I know I saw 5 people and I am sure someone was inthe back cooking. I got my sauce and thanked them, but would not recommend this poorly run restaurant unless you have a lot oftime to waste and don't mind possibly getting the wrong order or being shorted. Read more

Always slow, never gets your order right, they are either lazy and don't want to make it or they really are out of everything.... If you ask for spicy they will sneak and give you mild. They never have apple pies. This is one of their worst locations. Read more

The absolute worst Popeyes in the chain. I paid for family mean eight piece which should consist of 2 breast , 2 wings , 2 legs... and 2 thighs What I received was much different 3 thighs , 3 legs and 2 wings... I was defrauded of what I should havereceived why is that? There were two mangers present and the more heavier set one made my order I believe as a manager that ifanyone knows the proper count it should be a manager correct While I was waiting 22 minutes exactly there were door dashworkers there 15 minutes before I arrived and until I raised my voice I feel I would still be there I counted at least 6 peopleworking behind the counter this type of service is unexcusable Hopefully the owner reviews these reviews and a light goes offto why business is wanted it used to be at the location or corporate reviews these reviews and sets everyone down for a reviewof company policy I'll be forwarding this in another email Read more

I wish I could give this place less stars. The drive through took an hour and a half while people who walked in got their food... in about 10-20 minutes. Drive through boxes you in so you just have to wait. Got 20 bucks worth of food for me and my boyfriendand I wish I did what the guy a car in front of us did and just took off. It was around 9pm when we got there and 10:40pm whenwe paid. Three cars got food before us while we waiting on two chicken tenders for an extra 15-20 minutes. They were rude tomultiple customers behind us, and nearly tried to get us to pay twice. The place was also broken down, drive through sign washalf broken so you couldn't read it and the speaker mine as well not have been working. The food was fairly hot, but they eitherbarely put any or didnt put any cajun seasoning on my fries, the chicken was greasy, and some of the popcorn shrimp werebrownish. The worst part? The inside looked iffy, and despite the fact I normally have an iron stomach, both me and myboyfriend were sick the next day and he had to call out of work, it was that bad. I'm genuinely going to be looking into who Ishould call to shut this place down. This was so bad I am writing this review 2 days later while taking care of a pet who justhad surgery because I can't stop thinking about it. Bottom line, if you want popeyes, just don't. We were the only customers in the drive thru so the workers were in no rush. We watched the girl put our food together and she... had no gloves on, using tongs, but I feel she still should have had them on. Our food wasn?t the freshest and I had to ask forevery single thing like sauce, forks, napkins and still never got any of it except straws. The one preparing the food forgot togive us our sandwich but luckily the one who took our order reminded her. We pulled off and as I went to drink my sprite Inoticed a gnat between the tip and the rim of the cup. I will never return. Read more

This Popeyes on Greenfield is so bad that I travel from Southfield to the one on Utica Rd & Groesbeck IN ROSEVILLE than go to... this location or the other one on Telegraph. Both are terrible but this one right here? This one is beyond awful. Covid-19 hasabsolutely no excuse as this location has been bad for far longer than that. I could blame the kids that work in there but whenthe management is much worse, it's hard to blame them. They make mistakes and will not fix it. You call to tell them theyforgot items but they never answer the phone. Then the chicken is cold, fries are old, sandwiches not done right at all,packaged poorly and served with attitudes. All of this comes with a 35-45 min wait in line if you're lucky. I once waited inline an hour and 25 minutes because they were in no hurry at all then had to pull over and wait an additional 20 minutes becausethey have the car ahead of me MY ORDER. Keep in mind the inside is closed and has been closed since March 2020. Save yourselfthe headache and go to another location. They irritated me so bad that I had to pay this review on Christmas night for an orderdone terribly on the 23rd. Read more
