I have lived in the neighborhood for quite a while and have never been here before. What a mistake on our part! The food was... yummy, the place was clean, and the service was great. Highly Recommend. The lox plate is awesome! This is my favorite place to get it. And the split pea soup on the menu is delish... and perfect for the season. It's a bit of a drive for me, but the food is well worth it. Staff are friendly and attentive. Thevibe is comfortable and relaxed. And they serve Intelligentsia coffee. They make their own bagels. Yes, they have an on sitebakery and they're made fresh daily. Yummy Pro tip: Get some bagels to go. You'll be glad you did! Read more

I?m one of the owners. You?ve probably seen me around crunching on bagels in ?curious? videos on FB and Instagram. I?ve been to... so many breakfast joints, just like everyone else. Myself and Igor (the other owner) go from restaurant to restaurant, and takeaway something that makes each one unique. There are so many things I can list about the OR that ?titillates? my taste budsbut the best memory you will bring away is the ?family-feel? component, which is the leading factor of why Igor and I took itover. There are only a few restaurants that not just taste great, but make me feel great. Here is my Play List: 1. The NewYorker (everything bagel **don?t you toast my bagel**chive cream cheese, hand slice lox, hand sliced tomato and hand slicedonion) 2. I love the corned beef but the pastrami is OTH. I mix them, a side of horseradish and get it on an ONION ROLL! 3.Elmwood Park Extravaganza (fantastic) 4. Potato Pancake (home made) 5. Matzo Ball Soup?split pea great too 6. Asiago CheeseBagel. The Onion Roll now has bagels. Their fresh baked bagels are well worth the trip. Made in house, they are baked and perfectly... made to perfection. Tasty toppings with a crisp outer crust and chewy inside. Toasted with cream cheese is a family favorite.Try the Asiago Cheese, Everything and Rosemary Salt. I've been going here with my family, since they were young. Now my children are Adults with some adult children of their own. ... We were there for lunch after a local Dr. visit about 2 weeks ago. My 3 yr. old Granddaughter loved her meal and it was her 1sttime there?? We all enjoyed our meals, and I ordered their deliciously, famous Corned Beef sandwich??????. Their service wasawesome ??. I especially loved the waiter's service helper, who always had a smile on his face and I could tell that he lovedhis job ???????. Thank You for All of Your Kindness to everyone that works there??.
