They gave me the wrong order in the drive-thru. I checked my food, after I pulled off! Big mistake on my part, should've did... that at the window. I went back and went inside to return what I had been given and get what I ordered. The employee snatchedthe bag with an attitude and through it in the trash. She asked me what was my order, I told her, her response was, you see thattruck outside, we're waiting for it to be unloaded. I told her to just give me a refund. Read more

Like the jingle says, "Love that chicken from Popeyes!" But, MY. GOD. the service is ... Put it this way, you ever hug a cactus... while naked? Stream a movie you really wanted to see on a dialup connection? what about called your mom (or whomever primarilyraised you) by her first name? These are all things that you'll enjoy more than the service you'll get at this place. It's notthat the people are bad, many just seem to hate working there and that's a management problem. This was on clear display when Iwitness the evening manager roll his eyes at a customer who came into the store from his car in the drive thru to inquire abouthis order, then allow a young lady on his staff to walk right past the guy headed his car with his order, only then to point theguy to the door, without a word, as to say "your food just walked out the door, now go get it!" Popeye's has become the number one fast food chicken restaurant. My go to place when I want chicken. I never had issues with the... quality of the chicken and the way its cooked. The chicken is always delicious and hot out of the oil. If you can tolerate spicyfood, definitely go spicy for the chicken sandwich. Their side orders are also delicious. I definitely recommend it to everyone.Employee was friendly and polite which is a rarity these days at any restaurant. Glad to always be a casual customer of thisPopeye?s location. I have lived in the area for over 40 years. I have gone to this Popeyes since its inception on Madison street. At THIS time -... this location has disgraced the franchise by the horrible, trifling service. No one should have to experience their patheticcustomer service. Unacceptable wait times at both the drive thru and/or the inside counter are the norm; expect at least 30minutes plus. Unsanitary practices by the workers are unsettling. I'm done with this place - it's a pure disgrace! Take theextra time and drive to another location. Read more
Always, always, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE CASHIER REGISTER OR DRIVE THRU WINDOW. This is one of the locations... where the employees slack efficiency, accuracy, and speed. I know every business chain gets busy and people keep coming asorders are fulfilled but never forget to check your bags for your orders. I don't get the correct portions at times andsometimes I get bamboozled getting total different sizes of sides and fries.
