The food is always fantastic. Only complaint is the white time. Even when you order online and you're given an estimated "order... ready" time, you'll still wait a considerable amount of time. We ordered catering from Nando's for our wedding in May, and it was the absolute loveliest experience. Not only did they work... with us to make sure we got the correct amount of food ordered, but when they delivered, they went above and beyond to help makesure the chaffing dishes were set up and the food was ready to go. The team at this Nandos was everything we could have askedfor and more. I only wish I had remembered to take a picture of the food at the event - plated up, it looked really lovely (andtasted delicious!) and definitely stood up to the occasion. Read more
Just to be straight, the food is always good, the managers and cooks are always helpful but the servers are awful. I just spent... 20min waiting after my food should have been ready just to have one of the cooks come and check on me to find that my food hasbeen sitting behind the counter most of the time. The place wasn?t that busy and the servers definitely had the time to beattentive. The server BLATANTLY lied to my face in front of her manager saying she called my name three times despite the factthat I was sitting in front of the counter. I?m always faced with my food not being ready on time there and the serversgenerally being less than attentive and two people picking up orders before me left complaining about the wait as well. Like Isaid, the food is good, the cooks are helpful and the manager was prompt to offer to remake it or give me a credit but doesn?tmake up for the lack of service that I generally experience. So my husband ordered me food tonight. Came out to 30 in all I was super excited to try what he picked for me. While I enjoyed... my Caesar pita wrap and the mashed potatoes were delicious, ultimately the custard dessert ruined the remainder of myexperience. As you can see from the pictures provided my custard was completely charred and burnt I attempted to eat it but itwas so bitter and I tried to scrape off the burnt layer and nothing helped. I will not order from here if they believe this isacceptable then I?m sorry we wasted our time and money. Read more
Every time I come to this specific location , I have problems with my food being cold , dry and customer service I ordered food... yesterday and it was hair in my food .
