My favorite tasting room in all Chicago-land and the brewers have a dedication to their craft you can taste! From the interior... design to the matching taps and beautiful glassware, I love sitting in this space. They have some snacks on hand if you need aBavarian pretzel with your beer. Chatting with the brewers and staff is always interesting and a pleasure. We have met so manynice patrons and made friends with neighbors we didn't know we had. We are moving even closer in December and can't wait! Read more
Finally made it out to Kinslahger and it did not disappoint! The beers were tasty and refreshing, the atmosphere is relaxing,... and the staff is top notch friendly! Really glad to have this place close to home! This place is great to this seeking true tostyle beers. For some pretzels to-go too! Can't wait to come back! These folks are the real deal! They are serious about their beer and it shows in the consistency and quality. They are also... serious about their customer experience. I?ve been to the tasting room on a number of occasions. I?ve never felt overlooked evenon their crowded days. Even as a tasting room, there?s still the feel of a neighborhood pub (and I have pretty high standardsfor that category!). I?ve bought their beer off-site as well and am pleased to see more and more of their great beers on theshelves around town. Kinslahger is first and foremost a top notch brewery. Their lagers are excellent! My personal favorite is the Prohibition Pils,... and they always have something seasonal on tap. Beyond the excellent bier, they have created a community gathering place that isrelaxing and comfortable. I admire their commitment to the community - both the brewing community and their local neighborhood.Great people making great beer in a great place. Read more
