Went in and ordered a signature ice cream. I was told was told they cannot mix 2 flavors of ice cream. I don't understand isn't... that the principle of cold stone mixing flavors of ice cream and items into it. Every other Cold Stone I have gone to would makethe ice cream the way you want it. This review if purely based on customer service. Second time in and the same person has been giving attitude, raising their... voice, and simply acting like they don't want to help you. The ice cream is great though, but not good enough to overcome thebad customer service. Read more
I have been at this location before and my experience was great. Although tonight at 9:05pm 3 male workers were taking our order... and had an attitude through the line. I understand closing time is 10pm but rushing us through our orders while making faces isunprofessional and disrespectful. I love cold stone but sadly I was disappointed with the customer service to the point I justwanted to walk out. Read more
