Everyone wore a smile, greeting you kindly and asking if you needed anything. The store was amazingly clean and the food was allfresh, and cold, and hot !!!! Everything was at its perfect temp. They forgot the 2 cheese cups I ordered for cheese fries and the fries were cold and stale. The milkshake had no flavor -... McDonalds shakes are way better. The ravioli was edible but nothing to write home about. Do not recommend. Read more

Recently discovered the awesomeness of Buona! This was my first visit to this location in years. I had the 7 inch beef with... cheese, hot peppers, baptized. It could have been dipped more, it was a bit on the dry side and lacked a bit of flavor, butoverall, it was decent. Service was good and my order was ready when I got there. No complaints. Disappointed! Buona Beef is one of my go to spots when craving a good Italian Beef. I live near the Oak Park location and the... fact that they have a drive thru is a plus. I?m not sure who is working the kitchen, but my guess is that they assume that allItalian beefs are ordered the same. I ordered food for a family of 6 and made sure to order all of our beefs baptized per theirmenu option. Well, our beefs were not only DRY! They had the smallest amount of beef between the lightly moist bread. You wouldthink I used a coupon for a free sandwich, in which I could possibly see their logic behind less meat, BUT, we paid full pricefor a poorly made meal.The amount of time that we waited at the drive thru to what seemed like a slow night for theestablishment didn?t bother me so much, UNTIL I reached in to the bag and noticed the NOT so HOT fries! I can?t say that I wouldnever go back again, however, my hope is that there would be improvement in service and that if one is paying full price thatone would get what they are paying for. Read more
