I'm so disappointed. I never have an issue with my order, ever. I order the same thing evertime I visit, WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA... FRAPPUCCINO. When the associate in the drive through gave me my drink I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't what it usuallylooks like. She argued with me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked if there was coffee in it and she said "no,you ordered a white chocolate frappuccino." I responded that I said a White chocolate mocha frappuccino. She then went on toexplain cold and hot coffee as if I was not understanding what I was trying to order. So I wasted $6 on a drink that just wentto the garbage. Read more
