I'm always looking for a new establishment to visit. Search on Google and through the reviews photos and so on like millions of... other people. Everyone has their own taste and a review can only be written on the day you go there. The staff can be on point,just have an off day or just terrible period. It just all depends on the day and how you react with people. The decor of theplace was general, nothing really stood out. Seating area was wide open and nice to not be crowded in manner of sitting tooclose to other people. Relaxing music in the background. I happen to be there with 5 other patrons. I could eat in peacesomewhat. You can tell by my video how loud one group of people were, but beyond control of public restaurant . Service wasdecent, wasn't horrible. It was in spurts of good services and periods of lacking due to workers chatting amongst themselvesand apparently one of the customers must be employed there. Just saw them chatting alot and them going behind the employee area.When asked for items I did get them in a timely manner. There was no rush in order so made it nice and relaxed to be able tolook through the menu and choose my order without feeling rushed. I chose my usual order of Bành Mi Sandwich and decided to gowith their premium noodle pho with meatballs, tendon,sliced beef and tripe or my go to combination. I have recommend you have itserved in the traditional stone bowl. Warning though, this bowl is piping hot, it is literally boiling and was boiling almostthe whole time I was eating it. Just be careful not to spill on yourself. They didn't warn me that it was very hot. You canphysically just see how hot the bowl of pho broth was. I have been coming to this place since the opened and never have I ever had such a bad experience as today. I had called ahead... and ordered for pickup. When i arrived at the store I find out that they never even put in my order. I was waiting for 45MINUTES. For two items. While they continued to serve people who ordered after me. Stopped by randomly and I really liked the boba and the atmosphere.

Wanted Vietnamese food and its near our hotel (Holiday Inn Express Midway). Food was not bad but the service could use a little... work. The waiter seemed like he hated his job. Asked for pho with oxtail and coconut juice and they had neither, but both wereon the menu. Waiter didnt care to explain why. We had stone pho, it came out with broth and noodles on the side. Much better than the current rating suggests. It?s just that they are short staffed and perhaps there is some struggle as a... small business. Peoples expectations might be high because of the location. This is my third time interacting with thisrestaurant. First time I was picking up an order for someone else and it smelled so good I made a note to come back for myself.Second time I ordered uber eats and it was good, especially the bubble teas; I did notice the shrimp was cut in half in thespring roll but ok, it was good enough. have been here 3 times, the first couple of times were decent and i decided the pho was worth returning even though the customer... service was subpar. today was my last time going as the restaurant seems completely filthy and neglected?half clean silverware,a bug in my boyfriend?s cup, greasy napkin holder, crumbs all over the booth and fingerprints all over the doors. the springrolls were also gross, hard to chew, and had the fishiest tasting shrimp ever. the pho just doesn?t hit the same anymore,especially eating in a dirty restaurant (can?t imagine the kitchen). this place is usually empty for a reason! It use to be good when it first opened. Now they are cutting corners, and it's showing. The front of the restaurant has aslo... been getting dirtier, so now I'm concerned how the back is handled especially when they send raw meat when you orderdelivery. The spring rolls have less items in them now, but still charging the same price for them. They left out the avocado,and cut a shrimp in half for each spring roll. Their prices don't reflect what it once was when it first opened. I hope theymake the necessary adjustments. Edit: July 10, 2022. I've have been back since and the front of house is cleaner, but thebathroom still need work. The food is good, but they haven't adjusted the prices for the items they subtracted from the dishes.For example, the Premium Noodle Soup doesn't come with ox tail anymore, but the price is the same, and I haven't noticedcompensating with more of any of the other ingredients.
