Ordered on line. Got an email saying it was ready at 5:53pm. Went to the location. Order was not there. Went to Panera in 95th... in oak lawn. They said my order was not there. Went to another panera. They said it was not there. Went back to this Paneraagain and asked the cashier about the order. She said I was in the right panera. Been driving for an hour. They said they arejust getting the order ready now. By that time it was 7pm already. On line ordering has to be defective somehow. Terrible Read more
I was waiting over 20.min. min for a frozen caramel cold brew and I've got it but it wasn't frozen and it was bearly caramel... inside, so they made me the second coffee that one was frozen but the taste was terrible. I'm a loyal customer over 7y Everymorning on so many locations I always place the same order, someone has to teach or train people better I wasted my time andmoney and I wouldn't regret if at least the second time I've got the good coffee. At this store, EVERYTIME I order they mess it up. This is the 3rd time. This time, they gave me chicken noodle soup instead of... turkey chili. They also messed up one of the sandwiches. I ordered for curbside and it took so long that I went in with gas as expensive as it is, my whole order sitting out on a table... no one in sight like no one I took it and left no one said anything not even to make sure that it was my food. I don?t knowwhat?s happening over there but I was not happy with the service this day. I had made some notes to my order which were notfollowed at all they were completely ignored.
