Visited the McDonald's at 10533 S Cicero Ave Oaklawn IL. Upon arriving; it didn't look like it was open. I drove up to the... speaker. A voice said; "can I help you"? Not, can I take your order. I know it's suppose to be a 24 hour; but like I said; itdidn't look like it was open from the south side of the building. I asked if they were open. The person responded;"no"! As Ileft; I noticed a couple of cars on the north side of the building. So I took a picture. Also have a dash cam. I left to go to amore professional run McDonald's further down Cicero Ave. Read more
Don?t buy from this location. Bought a happy meal and a large order of fries. The fries did not have salt and was cold and hard... like they have been sitting out long. I waited in a long drive thru line to get cold tasteless food. ???????????? never again! Read more
I always get good customer service at this location. We aren't big into McDonald's but the kid, wife, and I love the nuggets. We... eat here usually once a every 2-3 months and can't remember bad service. Read more

I only go here for the coke. Nothing like McDonald?s Coca Cola :) I got fries once and they tasted reheated. It always smells... like vinegar and spoiled ketchup (I can?t describe it any other way). Every time I go in, there?s no one behind the counter. Tobe fair, I think that is because there are rarely any customers in the restaurant and the drive thru is typically very busy.When someone finally comes out, they seem annoyed that they have to take my order. At least they?re nice when I say thank you. Read more

Went through the drive through. Missing two of the sandwiches we ordered. This happens a lot here.
