Rude service. and slow delivery! I ordered at 12:23 p.m and did not receive my food until 1:10 pm - my sandwich was warm like it... sat in a hot car for an hour. I ordered a veggie sandwich and mine had meat on it. I called store about my delivery and the repon the phone was rude and said "it's on the way so what's the problem?" They are consistant for the most part and the quality is on point. One negitive is that i placed an online order and got the... confirmation it arrived, but no one delivered. That day I called and talked to the manager and was told they were going to sendout a meal and that the lunch was on them. Till this day i never received the money i spent. Stopped at Oak Lawn location this evening. Ordered 2 Cesar wraps Salami sandwich and a turkey Tom. Katherine order taker very... nice, fantastic customer service. I requested the turkey be placed in separate bag since going to separate place. She informedthe sandwich makers. Received everything in one bag. When I stated the one sandwich was to be separate the taller male stated ohtake a bag from there and separate it. I did not know which one it was..wrong sandwich ended with wrong person. His customerservice and general attitude is not worth going back for awhile. Read more
