Really friendly people. Many people in food service have an attitude as soon as you walk in the door these days. But not here,... they were very nice and kind. I had some new York sandwich I forget the proper name now but it was really good. The chicken potpie soup is good. Try Cholula on your free vanilla soft serve. Mix it in and you won't be disappointed. Sounds crazy but Ipromise! Also one of the only places that still has a good salad bar! Read more
This a great deli-style restaurant. I enjoy sandwiches, salad, and soup. The free soft-serve ice cream is delicious and the... Oatmeal walnut cookie is delectable. There is a lot of variety on the menu to choose from. I enjoy the south loop and Oak Lawnlocations. Both locations have excellent services. Let me add that I have used Jason's for catering some of my student meetingsor events too. Read more

First time here and it was a great experience! I had a pastrami sandwich with self serve salad. Haven?t had a pastrami sandwich... in a while and it was so good! Salad bar had a lot of choices. The staff was great they served me quick and with courtesy. Read more
No no no!! Rude service, not okay. Secondly ordered 2 manager specials other than being a little cold one was clearly noticeably... bigger than the other! To top it off I asked for extra butter & sour cream for my dry potato, they charged me $2. That isabsolutely ridiculous. Very very disappointing Read more
What happened to this place? Staff is rude, orders are NEVER right. Doubt I'll ever return. Example: Was there a couple of weeks... ago. Placed an order for pickup, ETA was 7pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. Asked about the order "It's not ready yet." 7pm. "Notready yet." 7:10pm. "Not ready yet." 7:15. "Not ready yet." THEN she walks over to the shelves - There's my order mixed in withthe Uber-Eats. Been sitting there for at least 25 minutes. Simply calls my name. No apology, nothing. "Is this still hot? It'sbeen sitting there for half an hour!" Her: "No it hasn't." I pay and leave. Kids meal is missing the side and the drink. Mine iscold. I contact the restaurant to complain AND complain on the website. Totally ignored. So NO, I will not be back. Old review:Friendly staff, great food and free ice cream cones. What's not to love? Food is best during the day - after 9pm the ice creamis unavailable and the food is not as good. Pasta and meatballs are tasty, but they skimp on pasta, Cheese and sauce. Read more
I was welcomed by Keisha at the cashier side when ordering my dinner. I have been in the restaurant business for many yrs over... 20+ Keisha went over and more with her customer service, very welcoming smile , this is something that has been taken away fromus as dealing with the public it was 730pm I?m sure she was tired but was one of the nicest people I?ve come across in yrs.Thank you for helping me with my order didn?t feel rushed at all she actually said take ur time. She made sure I had all myorder properly given in which never happens. I think she should definitely be considered or recognized as a true employee foryour establishment I would give her a raise definitely deserves it. Thank you Keisha I will be back.
