A typical Dunkin but not a lot of room in the ordering/pick up area.
Management please check the cameras on October 28, 2022 around 5 PM Alexis was the name of the lady that took my order wrong... and that was ok because we humans sometimes make mistakes but this lady had no shame talking to her other blonde coworkercursing another customer infront of me. I was handed the wrong order and when I told her that I ordered my drink iced not hotshe made a face and shoved ice in a cup and dumped the hot drink ontop of it which ruined the whole taste of my drink and thengave me attitude for asking for whipped cream. I normally don't have issues at this location, but today I placed a mobile order when I was 5 minutes away; I got there and... waited while the staff stood around on their phones for another 10 minutes before they even started making my order. AND THESTORE WASN'T BUSY! I placed my order at 11:58am and no one started making it till 12:14pm. I've been coming here for 9 years andnever had this problem. Sad to say I won't be back. Read more
Ordered ahead for walk in on my way to work, just to find out they locked the front door at 3pm with a worker just sitting at... the table taking a break. So we had to wait in the drive thru line behind 5 cars. Then we find out they hadn?t even started ourorder so we had to wait another 10 minutes at the window. No point in ordering ahead on your way to work if you have to wait anextra 20 minutes in the drive thru line for your prepaid order. An apology for the long wait or inconvenience would?ve been nicebut that would?ve been too much to ask. Read more
9/3 Placed an order for walk-in pick up. Arrive at the store to find the door LOCKED! Only two employees working while one... employee is just sitting in the dining room drinking water. Forcing everyone to either go through the drive thru or leave. Noexplanation on the door but still allowing people to place walk-in orders. Find out they waited until I pulled up to startmaking my order that I placed over 20 minutes ago. No apologies for the wait. Only good thing is my order was made correctlybut, one drink had sticky syrupy all down the side. While I waited for my order I watched two employees who weren?t doing anywork just walk out the door and get in their car. Read more
Very bad customer service, slow and the employees were so rude. We waited an hour for our order to be ready and they asked us... million times what our order was. The employees look like they are still new and they dont know what they are doing. They messedup the order twice. I ordered the Caramel Graze Signature Latte and then they told us after waiting for a while that they arecleaning the latte machine and that we need to wait a few minutes more. I asked them if they can do me the original iced coffeeand just give me the difference they refused and they told me that i need to call the 1-800 number because they cant do it. So iasked them to give me two Cups of iced coffee instead since they refused to give me the refund back. Overall its the worstexperience i've ever had at dunkin donuts. ???????????????????????? It took over ten minutes for the lady inside to hear my order at the drive through while the two cars behind me honked in... disgust. Then the worker still could not even hear me because there were ambulances in the background and the PA was weak so Ihad to repeat my order when I got to the front. Then after I got my order I could not even leave because the lot was so poorlyplanned out that the line of cars waiting to order blocked my exit. I gave the place two stars because the food was good and theyoung lady at the window was so friendly and apologetic. This was supposed to be two stars. Read more
