We, my 5 yr old and I visited oak harbor jack in the box only because it was close. After my grandson ate his cheeseburger, he... in formed me that THIS is now his favorite place to eat. For me it is about customer service the young man who took the orderwent above and beyond the norm and was patient with my grandson while he was ordering, this young man (Tim Powers) should becommended as well as promoted. I had to give 1 star just so I could leave my review otherwise it would be 0. I am an out of town tourist driving an RV that... will not fit thru the drive thru. When I asked in several ways on how to place an order the only response given to me was "Thelobby is closed". I am sure there was a way to help a customer instead of being so rude and refuse service.
