The service was friendly enough. I didn't get what I paid for though. I wouldn't have even been upset if I could have reached... the store to resolve things. I prefer to not do things this way. But, apparently, they take their phone off the hook so youcan't call. Why even have a number up here if you're purposely preventing people from being able to get through to you? Read more
I love the product, but this location HAS to reevaluate staffing. Closing at 7 pm is already absurd, but having to wait 30+... minutes just to go from the menu box to the window is ludicrous. It's not even like these kids have to handle the registersinside, either (the lobby remains closed) - so we're talking 5-6 employees who can't swing more that one vehicle/order every 8+minutes. That's pathetic, and it calls for real management. On the plus side, boy is the platinum blonde with the glassespretty. Nice eyes, great smile, lovely curves - just a total beauty. Read more

Usually love Arby's. Will never visit this store again. Over the past few months every time I go to this store the drive thru... wait is longer and longer and I'm tired of being asked to repeat myself over and over and over. Apparently their drive thrusound system sucks or the employees are all deaf!!. Read more

I'm not sure what is going on with this place as of late. The building exterior looks like in shambles and the interior is just... as bad (from the outside looking in), as they haven't had their dinning room open since I returned to the island. When askedwhen it will be open again you get a chuckle and a, "when we have more employee's to support" answer. The food is still goodbut the portions are comical. I hope you like a bread sandwich with a hint of meat on it and that's if they even have what youwant to order. Most of the time you get to the order speaker and they are out of roast beef, turkey, etc. and that covers 90%of their menu. The wait times are atrocious as well. My last visit was a total of 27 minutes from start to driving away. Iknow, I know, I don't have to eat there and there are other options however, I felt the need to share in hopes of some sort ofaction from the owners. Arby's is amazing and I hope it gets better.
