Expansive place. The grounds look quite nice, but as you zero into the place, it gets a bit less desirable. The courtyard is... great, but inside, it feels a tad warn out and older. The furnishings and knick knacks are perfect for the 50+ crowd, but aredeflating for anyone younger who might be dodging a visit to grandma's house. The events hall was musty. Beautiful place and nice atmosphere! However, the day that we visit the food was very limited, you stand to order and then you... have to wait. I mean really wait... And once you've receive it you might wonder what for did you waiting for... Next time, BRINGYOUR OWN FOOD! Read more

The Ingleside Blue Crab wine was a hands down crowd favorite at the party I went to. TheWinery is simple, but well maintained, with a knowledgeable staff. Had such a fantastic time! We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and had a private tour and tasting scheduled. We had... our own private room and personal 'guide' while we were there. This included tasting 15 wines, paired with some light snacksand, of course, a tour of the facility. Our guide was Anne, and she was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable on the wines we tasted andIngleside's history. Anne was friendly and engaging and didn't push us through the tasting like some places do. The wineryitself was very relaxing and peaceful. Some wineries have gotten to be too commercialized, where you serve yourself and reallydon't get to talk to anyone who works there. The courtyard at Ingleside was easily like sitting on someone's back porch. We'dhappily go back! Read more
