I just sat here and witnessed an employee come to his car with gloves on to get something, so I rushed in behind him only to see... that he didn't change his gloves. I love the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's, but the customer service has been subpar regardless of the location, CA and KY. I... believe this company would benefit from a more comprehensive employee training program. With so many great choices inconvenience food these days, customer service is the critical caveat to keep customers coming back. My experience today withthis specific location (Fort Campbell, KY) left me feeling I need to find another location and try again. There was a flycrawling all over the sandwich bread and counter where the woman was slicing the meat. When I brought this to her attention theonly acknowledgement she gave was a half head nod with no eye contact. It seems I irritated her by letting her know the fly wason the food. Worse, she didn't even try to shoo it away, throw away the bread, or wipe down the counter. She just let itcontinue to crawl all over. I hate to think she used that bread to make a sandwich for some unsuspecting person who followed me.As she was irritated with me now, when she asked me what I wanted on the sandwich, I stated "a little bit of mustard" so shegobbed 2 thick lines of mustard on the bread. I hesitated and started to ask her to remove some of it, but her attitude was sobad I opted to take it home and remove it myself. I will not repatronize this location. Read more

I really do enjoy these sandwiches at this location but I was very disappointed coming in tonight the staffs were too busy... having a conversation to take my order. There was a gentleman cutting meat and he noticed I was just standing there so he didtake my order. When my order was ready one of the girls that was heating up my sandwich seem like She has some type of attitudeshe looked at me and waved my sandwich in the air and slapped it on the counter and walked away? overall my sandwich was stillreally good customer service not so amazing. I can't say I've ever had a bad sandwich made at this place. Every restaurant makes everything the same great way and with a... lot of personality. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches! Keep up the great work guys. Read more

All staff members were friendly. Order was taken correctly & made correctly. My Giant Club sub was delicious as I spread out... the consumption of it over a 24 hour period. Food these days is getting pricey, yet Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite subshop due to the quality of the meat & cheese. If you have Not had a Jersey Mike experience, then Check It Out??
