If I could leave 0 starz I would. We waited 10 mins for our food to get cold fries & used food. We ordered a 2 for $10 no... pickles no onions & one no mustard. I received cold fries & burgers. One sandwich was plain with nothing on it except the bunhad ketchup. How is there ketchup on the bun when the entire sandwich has no ketchup (that was supposed to be the only thing)Like they replaced the bun & the other top bun had ketchup when the ketchup was placed on the bottom. Please take the extra 7mins and drive to any other Burger King. They made us wait all that time to give old a$$ used food. At 10:20 pm, Friday May 27th, a "gentleman" on the speaker took my boyfriend's order while I was on the phone. I wanted a spicy... chicken sandwich yet he was told "we don't have those" and when I asked for a whopper with cheese I tried to get him to add nopickles but there was a delay being I was on the phone so he asked after he told him that would be all, to which this guyreplied "you sure?" in an inpatient and irritable manner. The awful experience this trip. Extremely long line, receipt was questionable so I ask and repeated order 3 more times. I... received ordered, glanced inside bag, assuming all was good...to my disappointment, it wasn't. I must include, this is agreat Burger King, the manager is fantastic at his job and nice man. Was ok. They only had 2 cars waiting for there food and had to wait almost 10 minutes to place our order. And my 2 year old sons... chicken fries wherent cooked all the way.
