Everybody was really nice especially the manager she let me add on at the window knowing they on a timer and was nice about it.... But they never put my syrup in my bag for my French toast sticks. The food is nice and got but by the time I get some syrup theywill be cold. Please double check yall orders before you hand them bout to make sure everything is inside. Read more

This place is the pit of GARBAGE! Not with food but LACK THERE OF A MANAGER! SHE IS TRULY RUDE IGNORANT AND LACK OF SKILLS AND... INABILITY TO BE CALLED A MANAGER. The Kid took my order thru the drive thru and I had to pull to the side. Waited for abt 15minutes. Went in because if the wait only to find a half of order that was wrong. The Supposed to be Manager was standing theregot IRATE STRAIGHT OF THE BACK!!! ALL DOWN HILL AT THIS POINT! Where is the customer service at this point. Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone visit this location, especially because of the management. The female African... American manager demeanor was the worst, she was very unprofessional, rude, her choice of words did not show anyprofessionalism and the food was not good. People who are in a supposedly higher position, regardless this location should caterto the customers and make the customers experience great. This did not happen. There was a long wait, they were not giving outreceipts upon request, which could possibly mean there is theft amongst the staff at this location and the manager can be apartof this. I will not be returning to this location. I even asked for a refund and the manager had the staff remake my food againinstead of listening to my request. There were no napkins given and I even came through the drive-thru, was told to move forwardby the manager who stated she would come out. We waited ten minutes outside. There was another customer who stated this locationalways mess up orders and are rude. I agree. Read more

The food has always been good, it's just the service has really gone down. There's no reason I should be sitting in the drive... thru for 15 minutes after I paid for my food. Then they have a no cash refund policy so it's not like I can say give me my moneyback so I can leave. Read more

My Daughter ordered through DoorDash & ordered a Baconnater meal they did not put any meat on her burger. $25 for this meal. I... called the manager & she claimed she saw that the receipt showed the patties should be removed. She did not care at all. I havea picture of my daughter?s receipt & her non burger. Who would order a burger meal for $25 & not want the meat smh common sensenot that common at Oak Forest Wendy?s. Do not spend your money here. Read more

Service was extremely slow. It seemed only a single order was taken and completed at drive-thru before the next order was taken.... There was only one car ahead of me and only once car behind me. I ordered a Breakfast Baconator Sandwich, a Classic Sausage Egg& Cheese Sandwich, and a Medium Seasoned Potatoes. I was told that they only have Small and Large. I replied that the menu showsSmall, Medium, and Large. After a few seconds of silence, I was told to drive around. When I reached the window, the girl atthe window did not greet me, had no smile, and mumbled a total price. I said, so you do have the Medium Seasoned Potatoes? Shemumbled back, yeah. I handed her my credit card, she took it and a few seconds later walked away. About 3-4 minutes later, I hadto flag someone down to have the girl who took my credit card to come back to the window so I could ask her for my credit card.She walked over to the register and then handed me my credit card, but looked annoyed as I inconvenienced her. About a minutelater, she handed me the bag of food then closed the window without a single word. I never was handed a receipt and there wasnone in the bag. That person had the personality of a Stop sign. In regards to the food, the Baconator Sandwich was missing thesecond layer of bacon and the bacon that was in it was burnt. The Classic sandwich had an old dry bun. The Seasoned Potatoeswere barely warm. The food should always be hot and fresh, especially when they are not busy. Read more

I ordered a baconator meal with a baked potato a strawberry lemonade and a chocolate frosty. My food was disgusting to say the... least. My burger was dry and hard and the bacon was burnt. My potato was brown and disgusting and you can tell the potato wasold with black spots inside, I didn?t receive the frosty and I got a fruit punch instead of the lemonade I ordered. This wascompletely unacceptable and I had no choice but to throw the entire order in the garbage. Called and no answer. Read more
