My goal here is not to get anyone fired or punished but in this situation we (the customers) were not treated as such. Idon?t need people bending over backwards, I just don?t need to be ignored and made to feel way less important than conversationsbetween staff. On that day the store didn?t deserve the business and Culver?s once again didn?t disappoint. Love potbelly subs,but we waited for 5 minutes right in front of staff talking to each-other and weren?t acknowledged or told anything. No line.Even a ?please give us a minute? would have been appreciated. Would never choose to go here over chick fil-A! My boyfriend and I walked in for our first time at Potbelly?s. The manager Derick thoroughly explained how the menu works and... helped us through the whole thing. I absolutely loved my food that I ordered on 6/27. I had the Powerhouse salad and Mediterranean sandwich. Super fresh and... delicious! This Potbelly is very good. I've been ordering from here 2-3 times per month for the last few years and I think they have only... made one mistake that I can remember. Overall friendly staff, clean store, accurate with orders. Maybe a little understaffed attimes but who isn't right now. Read more

I was hungry for a chef salad but didn't see one on their menu. My son went into the shop for his sandwich and to maybe have the... salad custom made. Out he came with a beautiful Chef Salad. It was exactly what I wanted. He said they do sell Chefsalads...they just aren't listed on menu. Ranch dressing accompanied the nice sized salad. This will be my new "go to" forsalads! Read more

I love potbelly's. They're just consistently good. So I won't comment on the food. Some locations are better than others, and... this one was a 5. Clean, and well cared for. The server was also super! Knew exactly what I wanted/needed and made me feel sowelcome and cared for. Wish I had gotten his name. Read more
