I was able to connect with one of the managers and she remedies the situation. She was very understanding and willing to work... through the issue with me. Very professional! We have been getting our daughter?s birthday cake and cupcakes through Gigi?s inOak Creek for 4 years. I went to order her cake yesterday, was told no problem, but the person helping us was very young andseemed unfamiliar with pricing for custom orders. She said they would call back in a day or two to settle the rest of thetransaction. When they called back, not only did the staff not know what to do, I was then told they all of a sudden couldn?tmake our cake (for a month from now) and used the excuse of short staffing because someone just quit. I can be sympathetic tobeing short-staffed but I have a hard time believing this would be an issue for an order that was for a month later. And whywould the other employee take my order (after asking another adult who has obviously been with the company for a long time,based on our conversation) if they weren?t going to be able to fulfill my order? We ordered 300 mini cupcakes for our wedding and had them delivered to our venue. They were delivered on time and the owner who... delivered them helped set them up. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and guests couldn't get enough of the gluten freebanana carmal crunch cupcakes. ???? The whole process from our tasting to emails and calling to update our order was very goodand everyone we talked to was always very friendly. Definitely recommend. Read more
The cupcakes here are delicious! Unfortunately I will not be buying the cupcakes here anymore because they increased the price... per cupcake by a $1 but decreased the cupcake size. The cupcakes have significantly less frosting. I would gladly pay the extra$1 but for there to also be a decrease in the amount of product I get, I don?t agree with that. Read more
