Drive threw was fast and respectable. Super busy inside. Daughter upset because dad did not order her a big glass of the good... ice. So she went in. We like coming to this Chick-fil-A location. The staff is very friendly and we have never received an order that was incorrect... or with missing items. Their attention to detail is very good. Even though the drive-thru is always busy, it does move quickly.Their food is really good, I always get their Grilled Chicken Wrap with Avacado Lime Ranch. So yummy and of course their wafflefries. I really want to like this place, but I can?t think of one time where there wasn?t an issue. 1st time I ordered they separated... all the ingredients to my sandwich for me to assemble? The bun was still in a wrapper. The second time they forgot numerousitems in my order. 3rd time they made me wait an hour after arriving for my order. The last time I was there they lost my orderand I waited 30 minutes. They asked me to show them my order on the phone. I ran to the car and came back and they were waitingwith my order? Food/Customer Service is amazing. Less one star and I really hope someone reads this, but cleaning needs to be a little... better. Children's area is never wiped down, there is finger prints everywhere, it's sticky and it's just gross consideringkeeping things sanitized. On my most recent visit to this location there had to be between 5-10 cars ahead of me but someone walked out and took my order... and payment before I even got near the speaker. They had 2 or 3 employees outside doing this. I probably waited another 5minutes at most before I was at the window grabbing my order, they knew exactly which one was mine but they also take your namewhen you order so there's no mix up. My meal was delicious. The fries were great and the sandwich was really juicy. (Juicyfeels like a weird word for a chicken sandwich but most people cringe at the "m" word.) I always order my sandwiches pickle-lessand they've never messed it up! A huge bonus for that, I hate pickles with a passion! Absolutely no complaints here, and that'safter a 15 minute drive home. Delicious chicken with barely any wait, thank you Chick-fil-A! I actually wrote this review whileleaving a review of my most recent Popeyes experience. I waited over 70 minutes, literally, as they had the doors locked evenfor online orders. COME HERE. This place was such a huge relief after an experience like that. First ever time and it did not disappoint! Fantastic service, good food, great shakes! They even sang my brother happy birthday... ???? ???? and bought him out a an ice cream cake! I visited late and they offered us the brownies that needed to be thrown outas it was a Saturday night. Great experience, will definitely be returning in the future. I can?t believe I?m giving a chick fil A a 1 star and the 1 star is for the associate at the cash register (I don?t know his... name because my receipt on the bag says the register was for ?Katerina? but she was the acting as manager at the time I was in.She was stale faced for sure, slow to move and appeared to be bother for sure but maybe she?s not a morning person or maybe shewas tired who knows. However, Time and accuracy is not a part of this chick fil a culture at all. I?ve been here a few timesand more than likely will not be back in the future which sucks because I love maintaining my signature status each year. Lettalk about timing! This cannot be blamed on a shortage of staff either because each time I decided to visit this location it hadwell more than enough associates working to move the line in a timely manner.
