I have visited this location on 3 different occasions. Each time I came through the drive thru there?s no line but the wait time... is 5 minutes before my order is taken. Now I?m not one for fast service being that my expectations are for my food to be freshespecially once I pull up to the window and the manager tells me they are working on my 2-3 items order. However none of my foodhas ever been fresh and I live in Drexel town square. The last time I ordered a large onion ring and asked the manager withglasses with the great mannerisms could I have them fresh and told him I don?t mind waiting. However the product I received wasmajority old onion rings topped with fresh ones. The people here are totally unprepared to be working here. Bad attitude, bad service and take forever to make your food. So slow... to make a chicken sandwich, anywhere else they would be prepared to have customers in the store. All they do is joke around.They actually look like they don?t want to work. Slow and inefficient. The girl there was ver rude and racist. Never coming hereagain. Got home and did not got what I ordered. Crispy Bacon Swiss had no cheese and no bacon. It used to be great with the former management but now it has been absolutely terrible the last three times. The ghetto... employees are slow, rude and obviously do not care one bit about making anything right for you. Today was the last straw, wewill never be back. There were about six angry people waiting forever in the freezing cold restaurant today at about 4:00 andthe employees were just laughing?. Never saw anything like it. 3rd time in 3 months I've pulled into the drive through and left after 10 minutes of no movement. The time I did get an order it... took 20 minutes even while no one else was in line and it was a mediocre food order. I thought it was always empty becauseburger King was less popular here, looks like instead it's because it takes forever. Read more

I specifically went to BK for my 7 year old granddaughter for a chicken fries meal. I was behind a van or SUV for several... minutes before I backed out to see what was going on at the pickup window, there was no one there. I got back in line, a fewmore minutes passed, finally their order was taken. I pulled up to the mic at 6:45p.m, was asked to wait a moment, sure. Fiveminutes passed, I said hello, I was told I'll be with you shortly, no problem. Another five minutes passed, then another, twomore cars came, one yelling "what's going on"? A few more minutes passed and I finally asked if he was going to take my order,he told me they were doing something and "If you can't handle waiting, then leave"!
