Check your receipts. Cashier added gratuity on my order without even saying anything to me. i will tip for good service and... honestly if they had just asked me i probably would?ve added it, but they didn?t! i ordered one overpriced tea bag with hotwater to go (~30 seconds of time to fulfill) and did not receive tip-worthy customer service, yet the cashier helped their selfto a 27% tip. Honestly if i was petty could come at them for theft and file a complaint with my credit card, but i assume therumors are true and employees are overworked and underpaid while the ceo takes all the money for their work, so iwon?t. Instead: a warning to customers to check your receipts?especially if you use Starbucks gift card or Apple Pay. This starbucks is usually okay, but today I had a terrible experience, Kiki was rude and condescending, I get we all have bad... days, but she was miserable with a terrible tone, when I asked for some more sugar she said they were out, so I asked for themanager to let him know about this disgruntled young employee. Almost an hour from I took my order, still have half cup of ice though I ordered light ice. I am not very mind my drink doesn?t... look like a full large size if it?s taste good, but I care my drink looks fully large size but taste like water. I always ordermatcha with oat milk, the drink tasted like milk, may be too much ice affects its favorite. First time so disappointed I ordereddrink in this location. Read more
