I seldomy review and when I do, its either because of excellent service or awful service. The service is awful here, I placed... an order this evening at 6:30 pm for delivery, I am 1/2 Mile away. At 7:10 pm I call to see if the delivery guy left, sheresponds with ?we will make it now? I told her if it?s not being made yet then forget the order which she responded to bysaying, ?OK no problem goodbye? During the pandemic, I expected the restaurant to put out mediocre and slow delivery at best but I was very surprised. The price... tags, despite being slightly inflated from pre-pandemic service still was reasonable. The food is still as good as it was priorto the pandemic and the delivering time was excellent, it took around 20 minutes. I ordered food from them and they were upset when they missed an order that wasn't in the bag so I was being unprofessionally... yelled at! So then 4 months later I placed an order and they called me to tell me that my location was too far according to hisboss but not true then he hung up on me and then I called back and the lady said the driver doesn't want to deliver to me! Ionly ordered from Panda because I couldn't find another place at that time and then when they rejected my order I found a muchbetter place called "China House"! EXCELLENT FOOD! Panda might have good reviews but they will turn on you in a second and theydon't want to give you extra packets of duck sauce only if you pay for them! China House in Orangeburg is GREAT! AND they willgive you as many Duck sauces without an extra charge! Read more
Okay, I didn?t see it coming. I was hit with the best Chinese food I?ve had in years. I?ve been to bougie places but this was a... nice nook, the classic orders. I ordered my favorite Chinese restaurant classic, a Chicken with Broccoli with Pork-Fried riceand it was perfect. It wasn?t too salty, seasoned just right. We cleaned that plate. Read more
