No salads. No dining room or counter set. I know it's the pandemic, but you can't get 5 stars with them basics missing.
I don't know if they are short staff or if they are just slow but this is about the third time I've gone there and they are... either close early at 3:00 or the line is long and you're waiting forever just be advised and take your patience. Read more

So dissapointing. Went to the Wendy's at Novi Road and Grand River for the second time in a week ot order Chili. The first... time, ordered two large chilis and 4 hot sauces and the second time 1 large chili and 2 hot sauces. The first visit, bothchilis were only 3/4 full and only 2 of the 4 hot sauces were included. There was also a sign on the speaker that due to staffshortage, they would be closing at 1:30. The second visit, paid for a large chili but received a small chili and again only 3/4full and this time no hot sauce. Also ordered a "fresh" salad, which was not fresh at all and the lettuce was wilted, darkgreen in spots and slimy. Read more
The food was fresh which is why I?m giving three stars. Their drive through only currently and but have no signs whatsoever to... indicate such. When the manager saw me attempt to enter she indicated the lobby was closed in a less than friendly way. Isuggested putting a sign up and she was even more rude. Pretty pathetic customer service and friendliness from someone whoshould be ensuring it. Read more
Fast, friendly, and easily found. I was at another location and there were 5 cars in line. I decided to continue on my day and... try another location. Got here and there were 6 cars ahead me and it was less time than 1 car at the other location. I willremember this! Hot fries too. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went there around 12 pm on a Tuesday ?closed no staff?. Tried Wednesday 2pm... ?closed all lights off?. Tried one more time Friday and my burger was COLD as if they didn?t even cook it. Fries were overcooked there was nothing inside the fries. I am surprised this location is still open. Read more
